Description
Berkeley Stables consists of two stable buildings located within the Berkeley Stables complex, situated to the west of the main block and flanking the B4509 on the east side. The buildings feature a pink and grey sandstone castellated wall with a stone string course on the west side, while the inner faces are made of various brick and stone materials. The northern stable unit is a single-storey structure with nine pointed arch stable doors. The southern unit is a partial two-storey building, likely with an attic that was used for former offices or storage. Wrought iron gates connect the two units and include some remaining spearhead railings, along with a central palmette motif.
