Description
Ham Villa is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with four brick stacks located externally at the ends of the front range. The house has a castellated brick parapet and consists of a single front range and two rear ranges that are at right angles to each other, standing two storeys tall.
The front facade has three windows, which are pointed arch sashes with glazing bars, brick voussoirs, and an applied diamond "keystone." The ground floor includes two square bays, each topped with a castellated parapet and featuring similar windows, along with narrower versions on the returns. The central entrance door has a pointed arch fanlight and is composed of four fielded panels and two flush panels. On the south side of the building, there is a small square single-storey wing, which also has a castellated parapet.
