16/195 Court Cottage approximately 20m north east of Woodchester House

Detached house. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; rubble chimney; stone slate roof, asbestos slate to rear. Two-storey with attic. Front: 3-window 16-pane sash fenestration all with timber lintels. Central round arched doorway with 6-panel door and fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Central eaves-mounted gabled roof dormer with small-paned casement. Ridge-mounted chimney at north end. Rear: C20 flat-roofed addition to left. Built into bank with access to upper floor chamfered doorway with double glazed doors. Central gabled roof dormer as to front. Interior not inspected. Forms part of group with coach house (q.v.) to north east.
