Detached house. Early C19; later additions. Smooth render; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic; double pile plan. South front: 3-window fenestration, 12-pane sashes except glazed doors to right, each with dentil enriched cornice. Plain upper floor sill band, render incised as ashlar below with vermiculated quoins; plain quoin strips above. C19 iron verandah to ground floor. East (entrance) side: 2 full parapet gables, 3- window fenestration, 12-pane sashes to ground and upper floors, 9- pane to attic, all with dentil enriched cornices. Narrow central 8-pane upper floor sash. Central doorway with pedimented Tuscan porch, panelled side infill partially obscuring pilasters; double 3-panel doors. Flat-roofed 2-storey addition to right with canted bay window. Rear: large central staircase wing with oval recess in tympanum of pediment; ball finial. Large round arched stair window with plain architraves. Chimneys to gable ends. Interior not inspected.
