Description

This is an altar tomb located about 4 meters from the second bay on the east side, on the north side of the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin. It dates from 1818 and is made of limestone. The tomb is nearly square in shape and features a moulded capping with no visible plinth and indented corners. There are plain inscription panels on the south and north sides, which have a reeded edge and foliage corners, with an inscription present only on the south side. The tomb is topped with a large rounded pyramidal cap that has moulded side pieces on the east and west.
