Detached house. Probably C17 but extensively altered in C19 and C20. Coursed and random rubble limestone, roughcast rendered on east side; concrete block rebuilt chimney; concrete tile roof. Two-storey with attic; single-storey addition on west side forms L- plan. West side: central doorway with 6-panel door; canted timber oriel window above with 6-pane sash and hipped lead roof. Three- light chamfered mullioned casement to left of doorway. East side: most altered in C20 with scattered timber casements, 2 in gabled roof dormers with flush rooflight between. Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
