Description

This is a chest tomb located about 13 meters north of the central north nave window in the churchyard of the Church of St. Kenelm. The earliest decipherable date on the tomb is 1718. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded plinth and capping that are rounded at both ends. The corners have quarter balusters, and there are plain moulded inscription panels on all sides. At the time of the survey in November 1984, the southwest corner of the capping was breaking up, and the entire tomb was leaning to the south.
