Description

This is an unidentified chest tomb located about 2 meters north of the Stanton Monument in the churchyard of the Church of St. Kenelm. It dates from the mid to early 17th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top with no visible plinth and has a slightly moulded heavy capping. The sides and ends are plain, and there appears to have been an inscription carved on the top, but it is badly eroded and completely indecipherable.
