Description
Parks Cottage is a small detached cottage located in Frampton-on-Severn, likely dating from the early 17th century, with an enlargement to the right made in the late 18th or early 19th century. The cottage features square panel timber-framing with painted brick infill and a painted brick addition on the right. It has a thatched roof with a decorative ridge, originally featuring a central brick ridge stack and an additional brick end stack on the right. The building is a single range, single storey with an attic, and has a lobby entry. There is a small 20th-century rear wing that is not of special interest. The cottage has two original eyebrow dormers with paired casements, and a matching third dormer to the right. The front door is flanked by small casements, with a larger similar window to the right. The interior has been significantly altered.
