Description
FRAMPTON-ON-SEVERN THE STREET SO 7407-7507 (east side) 10/149 Tudor Cottage (formerly listed on Road to St. Mary's Church, 9.5.72 east side) GV II Small detached cottage. Probably C16. Square panel timber- framing on plinth with painted brick infill, some plastered, roof partly tile and partly concrete tile and half-hipped to left, large external brick stack on left hand return, no stack within. Returns partially rebuilt in brick. Small L-shape range with jettied projecting gable to left, single storey and attic. Small 2-light gabled dormer to main range and C20 glazed door in angle. C20 two and 3-light casements. Interior not accessible but likely to be of interest.
