Description
Walford House is a detached house located in Frampton-on-Severn, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of brick on a slag block plinth and features moulded brick eaves, with a concrete tile roof and part-external brick end stacks. The building is a single range of two storeys and an attic, with a small rear extension to the right.
The façade includes three windows, which are plate glass sashes with painted splayed voussoirs and a keystone that is likely made of stone. The ground floor has two windows similar to those above, flanking a central doorcase that has an enriched frieze. The entrance features a six-panel door that is accessed by two stone steps, with the top four panels being fielded and the lower two flush. Additionally, there are two small gabled dormers, each containing a single six-pane light.
