Description
This is a farm building, possibly a former pigeon house, located about 25 metres east of Plusterwine House. It dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building features good Flemish brickwork with white joints on the front and sandstone rubble on the back and sides. It has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with very wide slates. The structure is two storeys high and has three windows with pointed openings, which include brick voussoirs and stone keys. There is a former door centrally located under an upper hauling-way, but both the door and the hauling-way are now partially blocked. Inside, there is a king post roof structure. The building has an especially attractive frontage.
