Description

Manor Villa is a dwelling built in the late 18th century. It features rendered ashlar and a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is an early 20th-century four-light square bay window, followed by a six-panel door set in an architrave, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. Inside, there is an early 19th-century staircase and doors that include transom lights. This building is included in the register primarily for its group value.
