Description
This is a tall chest tomb located about 11 metres from the southeast corner of the chancel in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top, a moulded plinth at the base, and a moulded capping with a horizontally moulded frieze below. The long panels are divided by incised panels that have a rosette in the centre, with similar panels at each corner on all faces. Unfortunately, all inscriptions on the tomb have been obliterated, and the northeast corner of the capping is missing.
