Description

College Cottage is a small detached cottage dating from the mid-17th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with a stone ridge stack. The building has an L-plan layout, likely with a lobby entry, and is a single storey with an attic.

On the right gable, there is a three-light chamfered stone mullion window with a square hoodmould on each floor. The nearly central plank door is recessed and has a small light in a wooden surround, with a small two-light casement window to the left on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a two-light stone mullion window with a square hoodmould on the right-hand return of the cottage.
