SHIPTON MOYNE ST 89 SE 7/10 Cart Shed at Park Farm II

Cart shed. C18. Limestone rubble and Cotswold stone slate roof. Long low open fronted building of 10 bays, the roof hipped at either end. Front supported on 9 circular rubble pieces with square end piers. Internal space divided in two by modern concrete block wall on centre pier. Principal rafter truss on each pier halved and pegged at apex. All roof timbers original. A large, unaltered and well preserved example of this type of Cotswold cart shed.
