Wrongly shown on OS map as Havencroft. Detached house of c1840 with earlier C17 or C18 wing. Coursed limestone to C19 house; random rubble with dressed gable coping to older wing; stone-slate roof at front, plain tile to reverse slope. C19 house of 2 storeys with central hall and one room laterally; outshut at back; wing to left of front is single-storey with attic, one room in plan, with further single-storey flat-roofed room at end. Front of two 16-pane sashes and central plain doorway, all with stone lintels; altered fenestration to wing with timber and metal casements. Single window at each end in outshut is metal casement with concrete lintel. Included for group value.
