Former barn (now converted) and two adjoining cottages (now one). Early C18 cottage; mid-late C18 barn and cottage dated and initialled 'E.F.C. 1940' in the blocking of the gablet window. Limestone rubble (formerly painted cream); stone slate and artificial stone slate roofing; ashlar stacks. Early C18 cottage with barn with projecting porch at the right gable end; C20 cottage matching the earlier cottage to the left gable end. Cottages: 2 storeys and attic each with a single gablet. Four- windowed entrance front lit by 2-light double-chamfered stone- mullioned casements; single 3-light fixed casement with a timber lintel to the right of the latter. C20 panelled door with a concrete lintel far right. Two-light stone-mullioned casements at the rear. Barn with projecting gabled porch off-centre left; two buttresses with offsets to the right of the porch. Former entrance porch now blocked with a C20 stone-mullioned casement inserted in the blocking. C20 two-light metal casement to the gable above. Interior not inspected.
