Description

Nos 22 and 23 on Main Street are two cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof and featuring an artificial stone stack. The cottages have a rectangular plan and are two stories high, with a four-windowed facade. Most of the windows are 2-light casements, while No 23 has a 2-light stone-mullioned casement on the ground floor to the right of a central plank door. No 22 has a central 19th-century plank door on the left and an axial stack. The interior has not been inspected.
