Description

27 North Hill is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It has a rendered and whitewashed exterior, a gable-ended slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and a brick stack on the ridge to the right. The building is arranged at right angles to the rear of No 26 and features two principal rooms on the ground floor. The exterior is two storeys high with a symmetrical two-window front, consisting of two bays with two-light 12-pane casements from the late 19th century. There is a central door opening with a half-glazed door and a slated pent hood above. The interior has not been inspected.
