Description
Deerpark is a cottage dating from the early 18th century, with extensions made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features rendered cob and rubble walls and a thatched roof that is hipped to the left and gabled to the right. There is a brick stack at the gable end. The building has a one-room plan with a 19th or early 20th-century outshut added to the left end, which extends to the rear. The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front with three windows, featuring late 20th-century small-paned casements. The outshut at the left-hand end includes a small wing at the rear, forming a porch with a 20th-century plank door on the inner face. The interior was inaccessible at the time of the survey.
