Description
No 93 is a house located in Clovelly, dated 1895, with a monogram "C.H." for Christine Hamlyn. The building is constructed from coursed rubble and features a gabled slate roof with brick ridge stacks. It has a single room depth layout, with a central entrance hall and flanking rooms. The exterior is two storeys high with a symmetrical three-bay front. It includes 2-light mullioned and transomed casements that have square-paned leaded lights and cambered heads with brick voussoirs. The central door opening also has a cambered head and brick voussoirs, featuring a four-panelled door and a leaded transom light. There is a railed forecourt area built on a rubble plinth, with 12 stone steps leading up, accompanied by a plain iron handrail and balustrade. The interior has not been inspected.
