House. Dated on front:-"C.H. 1921", by Orphoot and Whiting of Bideford for Christine Hamlyn. Ground floor of coursed whitewashed rubble; upper floor timber- framed with plastered and whitewashed nogging supported on 2 rough projecting stone corbels; gable above. Plan : single room on frontage with entrance-hall to one side. Exterior: 2 storeys and attic, a symmetrical 2 window width, paired 2-light metal casements with glazing bars to gable of the attic. On first floor a 2 and 3-light metal casement, again with glazing bars. On ground floor a 3-light metal casement with glazing bars, to its right a panelled and glazed door.
