Description
95 High Street is a house built in the late 19th century for Christine Hamlyn. It features random rubble construction, with the entrance front colourwashed and remnants of colourwash on the gable end facing the sea. The roof is gable-ended and covered with slate, and there is a brick ridge stack on the left side.
The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-bay front. On the first floor, there is a two-light mullioned and transomed casement window on the right and a leaded two-light casement window on the left. The ground floor includes a two-light casement window and a door opening with a plank door, which is sheltered by a lean-to slated hood. On the left side of the building, there are two windows and attic two-light casements with leaded lights, along with a small window positioned directly under the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
