Description
This is a cottage located about 10 meters east of Ronjen, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of whitewashed plastered cob and has a gabled corrugated asbestos roof, which was formerly thatched at the right gable end. The cottage features a two-cell layout and stands two storeys tall. The front is symmetrical with two windows, and there is a central porch with a sloping corrugated asbestos roof supported by cheeks. There are two first-floor and two ground-floor two-light casement windows, each with two panes per light. The interior has not been inspected. This cottage is part of a small hamlet that includes three farms, resembling a Cornish townsplace, and is included for its group value.
