Farmhouse. c. 1830. Coursed slatestone rubble; gabled slate roof; brick right end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Brick segmental arch over C20 half-glazed door to right of centre. Similar arches over C19 three-light casements with glazing bars, except two C20 casements to ground-floor left and one to top right. C20 bay added to left. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
