Description
Rudha Bridge Millhouse is a mill and millhouse located in Monkleigh, with a datestone above the door that reads "W. TRICK / 1834." The building features colourwashed render over coursed slatestone rubble and has a gabled slate roof, with rendered stone stacks at the left end and ridge. The structure is L-shaped, with a rear right wing for the house, and stands two storeys tall. The house has a symmetrical front with three windows. It includes flat rendered arches above an early 19th-century beaded six-panelled door (two of the panels are glazed) and late 19th-century horned four-pane sash windows.
The mill, which is to the right of the house, has a two-window range and features flat rendered arches above a central plank stable door and 20th-century windows. The interior of the mill is noted to have an early 19th-century A-frame roof.
