Description

Homemead is a house dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It is built with colourwashed render over a stone and cob structure, featuring a gabled thatched roof and rendered stone end stacks. The house follows a two-unit plan and presents a symmetrical three-window facade across two storeys. A gabled hood shelters a 20th-century glazed door. Late 19th-century two-light casement windows are set within flat rendered arches. A mid-19th century outshut with a pantile roof is attached to the left, and another mid-19th century outshut with an artificial slate roof extends to the rear. The roof space was not inspected.
