Description

Broad Park is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is built with colourwashed render over stone and cob, has a gabled thatched roof, and brick end stacks. The house was originally planned with two rooms, displaying a symmetrical two-window facade over two storeys. A lean-to porch, constructed in the 20th century, now fronts the entrance door. Late 19th-century two-light casement windows with transomed lights are set within flat, rendered arches. A 19th-century outshut, altered in the late 20th century, is located to the right. The roof space was not inspected.
