Description

Kings Cottage is a small house dating from around the mid-19th century. It features rendered stone rubble walls and a gable-ended roof covered with grouted slate. The building has two stone rubble stacks at the gable ends. The layout consists of a two-room plan with a central entry, and both rooms are heated.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with three windows, which are late 19th century or early 20th century two-light small-paned casements. On the ground floor, there are 20th-century glazed double doors to the right and a 19th-century four-panel door slightly to the left of centre. A 20th-century timber lean-to and glazed porch extends along most of the front. The interior has not been inspected.
