Small house. Circa mid C19. Rendered stone rubble walls. Gable-ended grouted slate roof. 2 stone rubble gable-end stacks. Plan: 2-room plan with central entry. Both rooms heated. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of late C19 or early C20 2-light small-paned casements. C20 glazed double doors to right on ground floor with C19 4- panel door slightly to left of centre. C20 timber lean-to and glazed porch along most of the front. Interior: not inspected.
