Description

Silverlake is a small house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of rendered rubble with a gable ended slate roof and two brick gable end stacks. The layout is of two equal-sized rooms with a central entrance. The front of the house has a symmetrical three-window arrangement. The upper floor has original horizontal sliding 16-pane sashes, while the ground floor has early 20th-century 2-light casements. A central early 20th-century plank door provides access. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for group value.
