Description

Primula House is a mid-19th century house located in Sampford Courtenay. It features stone rubble walls and a hipped grouted slate roof, with two brick end stacks. The house has a two-room central entry plan, with small service rooms at the rear. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical two-window front, showcasing original 16-pane hornless sash windows, along with a contemporary six-panel door at the center. The interior has not been inspected.
