Description
Little Coombe is a small house dating from the early 19th century, although it may originally be an 18th-century building that has been refronted. The house features stone rubble walls that are rendered at the front and side, and it has a gable-ended slate roof. There are two gable end rendered rubble stacks with slate dripcourses. The layout consists of two equally sized rooms, each heated by a gable end stack, situated on either side of a central entrance hall. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with two windows, which are likely 20th-century two-light casements with glazing bars set in early 19th-century pointed arched openings. The central entrance has a 20th-century plank door beneath a contemporary gabled doorhood.
