Description

A pair of early 19th-century houses on Fore Street in Bishopsteignton. The houses are likely constructed of stone rubble, with colourwashing and stucco applied to the exterior, and have a slate roof with gabled ends and deep eaves. Brick stacks rise at the ends of the building. Their plan features a double-depth layout with entrances centrally located. The symmetrical facade is three bays wide, with regularly spaced 16-pane sashes, except for the first-floor window on the left side, which is a 4-pane sash. The interior has not been inspected. The building is prominently situated on Fore Street, standing on a raised pavement above the road.
