Description
A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, situated on the north side of Church Street, Padstow. The houses are constructed from stone rubble with a slate roof, gable ends, and brick end stacks. They follow a double-depth plan with two rooms per house, heated by end stacks. The front has an almost symmetrical arrangement of three windows. On the ground floor, a pair of 19th-century doors are centrally positioned, flanked by a replacement 12-pane sash window to the left and an early 19th-century hornless 12-pane sash window to the right. The first floor has a replacement 12-pane sash window to the left, a blank window in the centre, and a 4-pane sash window to the right. The interior was not inspected.
