Description

This barn, located approximately 8 metres east of Wilborough Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It features limestone rubble walls and a hipped tarred slate roof that extends in a pentice over the first-floor loading door. The barn is two storeys high, with shippons on the ground floor and storage above. Originally, there were four wide, regularly spaced arched openings on the ground floor, but the openings to the left and right of centre are now blocked. At the left end, there is a narrowed doorway, and in the centre of the first floor, there is a wide loading doorway. This barn is part of a traditional farm complex.
