This is a linhay located approximately 20 metres north-east of Lee Cottage, dating from the early 18th century. It features a cob and rubble wall at the rear, with large rubble piers at the front. The roof is hipped and made of corrugated iron. The structure is open-fronted and consists of four bays, which are divided internally by rough wooden plank partitions.
