Description
This is an outbuilding, possibly a stable, located directly to the east-north-east of Lee Cottage. It dates from the early 18th century and features rubble walls with a corrugated iron roof that was originally thatched. The roof is half-hipped at both ends. The building has a single room layout and is a single storey. The front is irregular, with three windows and a wide door to the left, which is accessed by a few steps. The windows are two-light wooden mullions with a square section and are unglazed. The windows increase in size from left to right. The left-hand window's mullion has been replaced, and the central window is missing its mullion. The right-hand window remains intact and has its original wooden shutters. Although the interior is inaccessible, it is likely that the original roof trusses are still present.
