Description

A pair of cottages with a barn, originally a single dwelling, dated to the late 16th or 17th century. The building is constructed of rendered stone and cob, with a wheat-reed thatched roof, half-hipped at the north end. Two large stone stacks with tapered tops are located in the rear wall. The original plan was likely a 3-room and cross-passage layout. It is two storeys high, with an irregular arrangement of four 19th-century wood casement windows.
