C18. Rendered cob, steeply-pitched hipped thatched roof with tall stacks to the sides. Originally a 2-room.plan with end stacks and central entry. . EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Small late C19 plate-glass sash windows and central half-glazed door in a trellised porch with a hipped slate roof. INTERIOR: timber lintel over open fireplace to the right-hand wall, flanked by C19 semicircular recesses. Some thin early C18 2-panel doors remain.
