Description
This stable block, dating from the 1830s, is located on the west side of the road to the west of Colston House. It is constructed from local grey limestone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building has an approximately square plan and includes a doorway on the south side. The south elevation has a stable door with a slate hood supported by timber brackets, along with a four-pane window next to it. The east elevation, which faces the road, has a small, high-set 20th-century two-light loft window and two tiers of pigeon holes. The interior has not been inspected. This stable block is included for its group value with Colston House.
