Description

Cataluna House is a house from the early 19th century that has been altered in the 20th century. It features painted roughcast walls and a slate roof, which includes a 20th-century dormer and a right wing. The building has a double-depth plan with the right wing set at a right angle to the road, behind a wall that fronts Thomas Luny House.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a two-window range. The doorcase is topped with a cornice on consoles and leads to a 20th-century door. There are 6/6 pane sash windows located in the centre and to the right. The interior has been altered.
