Description
Kingsbury House is a house from the early 19th century that has been altered in the late 20th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared, and unsquared limestone rubble, with a rendered front and a pantile roof. The building has a single-depth plan and consists of two storeys, a basement, and an attic, featuring a three-window range.
On the right side, there is a modern porch added in the 20th century, which has one ground-floor window and three small first-floor windows, along with two gabled dormers. The left gable has a rebuilt attic section made of squared rubble, a French window in the basement, two-light windows on both the ground and first floors, and a three-light attic window, all fitted with late 20th-century casements that have altered jambs. The interior has not been inspected. The house is included for its group value.
