Description

This building is a shippen, which is a type of agricultural structure, located approximately 15 metres north-northwest of Combe Farmhouse. It dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The shippen is constructed of slate rubble and features a slurried slate roof with gable ends. On the ground floor, there are segmental stone arch doors for the shippen, with loft doors and ventilation slits located above. The building is included for its group value.
