Description
This building is a shippen located approximately 20 metres northwest of Langdon Barton Farmhouse. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and features a late 18th or early 19th century wing, creating an L-shaped plan. The structure is made of slate rubble and has a slate roof with both gabled and hipped ends, along with deep eaves. It stands two storeys high. The shippen has doorways and windows that are topped with granite and wooden lintels, as well as segmental stone arches. The loft includes a small doorway and ventilation slits. This building is included for its group value.
