Description

The building is a shippen located immediately northwest of Berry Barton farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends and a hipped corner. The structure has an L-shaped plan, consisting of a long range with a shorter wing to the northeast. The ground floor has shippen doors and windows, with loft doors positioned above, all featuring rough stone flat arches. This building is included for its group value.
