Description

The cow house, located approximately 25 metres north-east of Cholwich Farmhouse, dates from the 18th or 19th century, and may incorporate some earlier materials. It is constructed from granite rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The entrance is centrally positioned and has a segmental brick arch. To the left of the entrance, there is a granite two-light hollow-chamfered window with a drip mould. A doorway for the hay loft is located in the gable end to the west. This building is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
