Description

This building is a barn that also contains mill machinery and a cider press, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a hipped thatched roof. The barn has doors for access at the east end and loft doors situated at a higher ground level on the north side. There is a contemporary slate roof lean-to built into the bank on the north side, as well as a later corrugated iron lean-to on the south side. Inside, it houses an old cider press and a horse engine, and it has a collar beam roof.
