Number 50 on Fore Street is a 18th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. It is three stories high and features a plaster-painted exterior with a wooden bracket eaves cornice that follows the line of former bay windows on the upper floors, which have now been changed to shallow four-light splay bays. The ground floor has a modern shopfront with a recessed entrance. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 42 to 84 (even), No 92, and The Shambles.
