Description
No. 120 Boutport Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the 18th century, possibly earlier. It features a solid rendered front and a slated roof, with two storeys and a three-window range. The doorway, located at the extreme right-hand end, has a moulded architrave and a door with four flush panels, along with an old painted knocker and letterbox. To the left of the doorway are two canted bay windows, which have 20 panes at the front and 4 panes at the sides. Above the windows and doorway is a flat, bracketed canopy. The upper storey includes a narrow blind centre window flanked by triple sash windows on either side, with 6 over 6 panes in the middle and 2 over 2 panes at the sides. The left end wall has been rebuilt and features a gable parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
